Konoko Falls + Ocho Rios Highlights

Konoko Falls, located at the Shaw Park Estate in Ocho Rios, St Ann, could easily be among the reasons that St. Ann was named the Garden Parish. Set in the hills of the former Coyaba Gardens, its lush vegetation, calming waters, and scores of indigenous flowering plants make you want to forget you have a home to return to once you sample its delights. Breezy 30-minute climb up the Falls led by an experienced guide. Once you get to the top, it’ll be time to check out the Yssasi Lookout Point which offers an incredible view of the Ocho Rios bay area., Then it’s onto the botanical garden, aviary, and Koi pond. At the aviary and pond, kids can feed the birds and fishes. Then we will drive through the Fern gully which is a tropical rainforest where you get to see various species of ferns and beautiful landscape. Next, we make our way through a typical Jamaican neighborhood where you we stop for 5-10 mins. to take some pictures of beautiful countryside scenery and get to meet the most important people of the village, 'the children'.
